Return and Refund policy
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after the carrier’s delivery confirmation of your item to request a return.
Please take comfort in our flexible return policy which allows you to order your products with confidence that any defects, sizing problems or dissatisfaction can be rectified through a no-hassle refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
To start a return, you can contact us at support@sootheforlife.com. If your return is accepted, we’ll provide instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us within 3 business days if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item. Please also contact your local post office at the same time so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
Refunds
We will ship damaged merchandise back at our expense. We will replace the item or issue a full refund after we receive the damaged/defective product. You will not be charged any additional shipping or handling fees for replacement.
If the product is not defective, but you are unsatisfied you may still return or exchange, but please note that you are responsible for return postage.
Customers must request a return or exchange and ship the item within 30 calendar days from the carrier’s delivery confirmation date, based on the tracking information provided. In most cases, customers are responsible for return shipping and must provide a valid tracking number. A prepaid return label will only be provided in cases of product defects or shipping errors. If the return is not completed within that 30-day period, the return or exchange request will be considered canceled and no longer eligible for processing.
Return and Exchange Steps
Step 1: Please email our customer service representatives at support@sootheforlife.com to request the exchange/return.
Step 2: Upon receipt of your exchange/return request, our customer service representative will email you the exchange/return instructions and the exchange/return address. Please follow the instructions to process the exchange/return. We would appreciate it if you could provide us with some photos as return materials.
Step 3: We will issue your refund or process your exchange within one week after we receive your package. We will email you once your refund or exchange has been processed. Please note that your bank or credit card company may require an additional 1–2 weeks to post the refund to your account.
⚠️ Please note: Tracking data is only available for 60 days after shipment. We may not be able to assist you after that period.
If more than 15 business days have passed since we approved your return and you still have not received your refund, please contact us at support@sootheforlife.com.
European Union 14 Day Cooling Off Period
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days of delivery confirmation, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. Please note that if the return is not due to a fault or error on our part, the cost of return shipping will be the customer's responsibility.
