SootheForLife ships to almost every country in the world. We partner with major domestic and international carriers to ensure that your package safely reaches its destination on time.
Method of Transport:
We use the following carriers for transportation: DHL, UPS, USPS, SF Express or China Post for all orders. If you paid for shipping and asked for a refund, we'll not refund you the shipping cost.

Transportation Time:
All orders will be dispatched from our warehouse within 3 business days. In peak periods like BFCM and Christmas, please allow for up to 7 business days for dispatch. After the product is shipped, it usually takes 3-10 business days to arrive based on the shipping method you choose.
Please note that shipping time does not include processing time.
The total time required to receive an order is processing time + shipping time.
Upon receipt of your order, we will conduct quality control checks and tests to ensure that the quality of the products is guaranteed prior to shipment.
The average processing time is about 3 business days. However, it may also be affected by the inventory status of materials.

Once your order ships, you’ll receive a Shipment Confirmation Email that includes:

Once the package arrives in your destination country, your local postal service takes over.
Use the same tracking number on your national postal service's website for continued tracking updates.
If your tracking shows “undeliverable” or “failed delivery,” please contact your local post office first for more detailed information.

Delivery Issues & Damaged Packages
We take every reasonable precaution to ensure your package arrives in perfect condition.
If your item is damaged during transit, please email support@sootheforlife.com within 3 business days of receiving it and include:

A brief description of the issue

One or more clear photos of the damaged item/package
If possible, kindly report the issue to the carrier upon delivery, especially if the box appears torn, soaked, or mishandled.
Change of Shipping Address
If your order is being shipped to the wrong address, please email us as soon as possible at support@sootheforlife.com.
We’ll do our best to update the address if the package hasn’t left our facility.
Important Notes

Force Majeure: In case of natural disasters, extreme weather, or unforeseen events, shipping may be delayed. We will resume processing as soon as conditions allow.

Incorrect Addresses: Orders will be shipped to the exact address provided at checkout. If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address, reshipping will be at your expense.

Customer-Initiated Returns: If you're returning a product not due to quality issues, you will be responsible for the return shipping cost.
